Modifying the template

As you all can clearly see, I am still in the process of modifying this template. I have been successful in incorporating a calendar as well as linking the dates to posts made on the same. But there are some problems.

1. I can't seem to get the calendar aligned. Funny thing is, if i preview the template, it shows up fine. See snapshot of the preview. This is the way it should be.

2. The other problem is with linking dates to posts made. The thing is, blogger keeps it's archives in the form http://blogname/year/month/title-of-post.html The problem arises when you make more than one post in a day. Then I can not link the date in the calendar to a page that will display all posts made on that day.

Barring these two, I have had substantial luck in adding the calendar.
