Advice to Linux: Dump the GPL

A must read. Go through it twice before you start racin' your horses though. It's some strong points the author has put up here.

But I don't agree with him on all accounts. Especially about axing the GPL. I think the GPL should stay. My suggestions is to make it compatible with other licenses and issues. This might create a furor but it would be for the better.
